SlotBot's Terms of Service

While using SlotBot and its service, you must follow it's terms of service. By the continued use of SlotBot, you agree to these terms.
Prohibition of Scamming: SlotBot strictly prohibits any form of scamming, including engaging in fraudulent activities. SlotBot extends this policy to cover third-party purchases and transactions between players. See the "Third-Party Policies" section to learn more about our policies regarding this.
Furthermore, SlotBot prohibits chargebacks, which refers to the act of reversing a payment made to acquire cosmetics or services. Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final, and players are expected to honor their commitments. Chargebacks disrupt the flow of the bot and can negatively impact other players' experiences. Any and all instances of a chargeback of any SlotBot or Slothub related purchase will result in a ban from the SlotBot support server, Slothub, as well as a permanent blacklist from the use of SlotBot and it’s services

SlotBot may contain places where the user can use custom text or inputs that will display on our service in various ways. All content displayed must follow our guidelines at all times. Content that does not have a place within SlotBot includes but may not be limited to:
Prohibition of Cheating and Exploitation:
SlotBot strictly prohibits any form of cheating, exploitation, or abuse of game mechanics. These actions undermine fair gameplay and negatively impact the experience of other users. By accessing and using SlotBot, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
If you encounter any exploits or bugs during gameplay, it is your responsibility to report them responsibly and promptly to the designated channels provided by SlotBot. Responsible reporting includes: a) Informing the appropriate support team or developers about the exploit or bug in a timely manner. b) Providing clear and accurate details regarding the exploit or bug, including steps to reproduce it if possible. c) Refraining from taking advantage of the exploit or bug for personal gain or to disrupt the gameplay experience of others.
Consequences of Violation:
Violation of the prohibition on cheating, exploitation, abuse of exploits, or violating our content restrictions may result in severe consequences as determined by SlotBot. Such consequences may include, but are not limited to:
Punishments and definitions on what is considered “cheating”, “exploitation”, or a “content violation” are up to moderator discretion. The bounds for which we consider to be a violation of our terms is subject to change at any time.
Prohibition of Breaking Discord's Terms of Service: SlotBot operates within the Discord platform, and as such, all users must adhere to Discord's Terms of Service. Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Modification of Terms: SlotBot reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to users via Discord. Your continued use of SlotBot following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Disclaimer of Liability: SlotBot is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. SlotBot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of SlotBot. By using SlotBot, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use SlotBot.

Third-Party Purchase Policies:
- You may not sell SlotBot currencies, items, products or services for real world money. This is commonly referred to as "RMT" or "Real Money Trading"
- Third Party Purchases that deal with custom commands, aliases, or support server roles are allowed provided all criteria are met:
- The seller fully owns the custom command, alias or role and the custom is on the users ~cstmrlown or ~ccmdown
- The seller may not revoke access to any part of the users access to the purchased cosmetic for any reason before refunding the player in full.
- The seller's ownership is on the account they are selling from. If the item is on an alternate account or an account that is not the active selling account, it will be treated as if the user does not have permission to sell the item.
Content Policies:
SlotBot may contain places where the user can use custom text or inputs that will display on our service in various ways. All content displayed must follow our guidelines at all times. Content that does not have a place within SlotBot includes but may not be limited to:
- Content that which advertises or promotes third party services outside of SlotBot's services and features
- Content that depicts fictional, non fictional, characters, people, in a sexualized way and contain features similar to that of a child, and/or are under the legal age of 18 in accordance to U.S Law
- Content may not be used to impersonate SlotBot's Team, or members of Discord's Team. You may not impersonate actions they may do (Such as SlotBot blacklists, Discord promotions, etc), messages they may send, or any related content.
- All content is displayed within discord.com and must adhere to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Cheating includes, but is not limited to: a) Using third-party software or tools that provide unfair advantages or automate gameplay actions. b) Modifying data to gain an unfair advantage. c) Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or engage in unfair practices.
- Exploitation: Exploiting game features, mechanics, or design flaws for personal gain is strictly prohibited. Exploitation includes, but is not limited to: a) Abusing glitches or bugs to gain unintended benefits or advantages. b) Intentionally manipulating in-game mechanics to disrupt or distort gameplay balance. c) Using unintended methods to bypass game restrictions or limitations.
- Responsible Reporting of Exploits and Bugs:
