Why was I punished?
You have been banned from our support server for severely violating our Support Server Policies, SlotBot's Terms of Service, Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. In most cases you are allowed to appeal your punishment if you feel the punishment was unfit, or you were in the right. Please note however, that you only have a single appeal chance.
Requirements
In order to create an appeal, you must meet these requirements.
- Forum account connected to Discord via Account Connections (Click Me)
(If you created your account via logging in with discord, ignore this step)
Things to Note
Here's some useful tips when appealing your punishment.
- Be Honest We have logs of everything relating to your punishment, so lying will just get you denied.
- Take your Time Appeals take at minimum a week to look into, so take your time filling it out with the appropriate and accurate information.
- What is a DIscord ID. Discord ID's are a 17-21 character number that is unique per user. It is NOT your username.
